DONATIONS IN KIND OPEN DAY
Donations in Kind (DIK) West Footscray had an open day on Saturday 18 March with countless people attending to see the facilities and range of goods stored. It was an exceptional display.
This is a volunteer-based recycling facility , part of Rotary’s Donations in Kind Network, a project of Rotary Australia World Community Service, (RAWCS.)
DIK accepts donations from many local hospitals, hotels, stationery suppliers, supermarkets, schools and more. If you have surplus or unwanted items contactthem to find out if we can collect and find a better home for your items other than landfill. You can offer your time to volunteer at the facility.
The Rotary Club of Essendon has financially supported DIK over many years.
